The Library is very disappointed to announce that we can no longer offer passport services to the public effective February 12th. We have been informed by the U.S. Department of State that they incorrectly identified many non-profit and non-governmental organizations as eligible to operate as passport facilities, and they are now taking corrective action to rectify that. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience but unfortunately it is out of our hands. The Bellport Post Office will continue to process passports for residents.

You can fill out the new passport form or print it out ,Form DS-11, here.

If you are renewing your passport by mail, you must use the form DS-82, which, you can fill out or print out here.

The Passport Agency now has an online renewal service.

The library will also have paper copies of all applicable forms. Our fee for a passport photo is $10.
