
Children’s Programs
South Country Library is excited to offer fun and educational children’s programs and events.
Register for programs Registration for in-person programs usually opens on the first of each month. You can register at the library, online, or by phone at 631-286-0818 x2. Please note we do not accept registrations by email.
There are craft kit registrations scattered throughout each month and a no-registration craft kit available each Saturday.

Museum Passes and Discount Tickets
Get free passes or discount tickets to participating Long Island and New York City museums. You may reserve up to 3 passes within a 30 day period with a South Country Adult library card and photo ID.

1000 Books before Kindergarten
Join 1000 Books Before Kindergarten and give your child the opportunity to feel proud of a huge accomplishment! You’ll also make sure they are as ready as they can be for one of the biggest moments of their little life — starting school. Find more details here
