Johnson for a delightful program that includes a discussion of the transformation of Irish food from traditional breads and puddings to modern desserts with examples (and samples) from her cookbooks. The program includes tips for traveling to Ireland, tea, and Irish sweets. Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale ($20) and signing.
