For mothers of infants. Adjusting to motherhood is a complex journey with physical and emotional changes. Talk with other mothers and a bilingual licensed mental health counselor to get support for various mothering topics, and meet other mothers in the area.
PLEASE NOTE: This discussion group will be taking place in our small program room. Infants can sit in laps or in infant seats, but there’s no room for toddlers or older children to play, and they cannot be left unattended in the Children’s Dept.
Registration opens March 1 at 9:30 am. Register at the library, online or by phone at 631-286-0818 x2. You can register anytime in March or April until capacity is reached.
