For grades K – 5th AND an adult. Join us at the library with Mrs. LaTasha of Cupcakes Galore, and learn the proper way to hold a piping bag, and fill, ice and decorate cupcakes. Because of supplies, please register each child (K-5th). Only registered children will receive a cupcake. Those with food allergies may want to avoid this program.
