October 4: Shopping on a smartphone or tablet
Using input from attendees, Mark will demonstrate effective ways of using your smartphone to find the product you want, use consumer review sites to assess its quality, and order it from a company you can feel confident about.
Bring your smartphone and/or tablet; laptop optional.
