This program includes tea history, a variety of scone recipes, and your own “cream tea” complete with mini jars of Strawberry Preserves, Clotted Cream, and Lemon Curd. Margaret M. Johnson, author of thirteen cookbooks, including Teatime in Ireland, serves up this program on china tea cups! Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale and signing.
