October Program Registration

Mothers’ Discussion Group
Wednesday, October 11 & Wednesday, October 25 from 1:30-2:30pm. For mothers and their children aged 18 months to 3 years.
We invite mothers with their little ones to share ideas, ask questions and support each other. Women need the opportunity to communicate with others at this precious and sometimes overwhelming time. As we discuss the trials and tribulations, the children can play. It will also be a lovely opportunity to create friendships in your neighborhood. The group will be facilitated by Kathy Roeder, an experienced La Leche Leader, Doula, Parent Discussion Group Facilitator and children’s programmer with child development expertise. Click here to register beginning October 2nd.

Book Buddies
Beginning readers need to practice their reading skills. Take a break, and let your child practice reading with a teen volunteer! Sign up for a 15 minute slot on Tuesdays, October 10, 17, and 24 (4:30, 4:45, and 5:00pm slots) or Thursdays, October 12, 19, and 26 (5:45, 6:00 and 6:15pm slots). Your child will read to their teen Book Buddy in the children’s area, while you remain within eyesight of your child. Click here to register beginning October 2nd.
